Contract Formation
When you order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This does not mean we’ve accepted the order. A contract forms only when you receive an email confirming the dispatch of your product.

All orders depend on product availability. We’ll inform you via email if an item becomes unavailable.
Personalised Products
For personalised items, ensure you provide correct text and high-quality images. We don’t correct errors in your input, so please review carefully.
Cancellations and Returns
If you’re a consumer, you may cancel within 15 days of receiving the product for a full refund. However, frozen products, fresh produce, and flowers cannot be returned or cancelled.
To cancel, write to us and return the items at your own cost, keeping them in good condition.
Delivery
We aim to deliver by the date in your dispatch confirmation. If no date is specified, delivery will be within a reasonable timeframe.
Risk and Title
Once delivered, the products are your responsibility. Ownership transfers to you only after full payment, including delivery charges.
